Your location is used only in your browser to sort nearby results and show distance. It is never sent to our servers or stored. If you type a ZIP code or address to change your location, that text is sent to a mapping service so it can find the spot on the map. Your device location itself is never sent. You can use the app without sharing your location.
When you sign in, we collect your name and email through Google or email authentication. This lets us link your submissions and votes to your account and show your contribution count.
Menu photos you upload are stored privately. They are visible only to you and to moderators who review submissions. Photos are never shown to other users. They are sent to an AI service only so it can read the menu prices, and are not used for any other purpose.
Your price confirmations, price change reports, and menu submissions are associated with your account. This information is used to calculate your reputation score and to show your contribution stats on your profile.
The app may show advertising or sponsored content to keep the service free. Sponsored placements are always labeled. If a third party advertising network is ever added to the app, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required before any advertising network code runs.
We do not sell your personal information, photos, or usage data to anyone. We do not share your data with data brokers. Your email is used only for account management and for responding to your requests.
